Been finding #followfriday on twitter a bit of a chore, difficult to remember everyone you want to recommend & easy to annoy those you might inadvertantly miss out. Also it become a bit spammy, often innocently, sometimes not.
So I’ve done what I do best: I’ve made a list! I’ll update it every week, adding new people I’ve met & especially like, & removing anyone who uses the M word, takes away my bananas or otherwise riles me – or anyone I just feel like shunning on a random basis. I’ll probably pick names out of a twat (twat = twitter hat).
I don’t usually plug celebs – I figure they generally don’t need my help – but I have included a few that I particularly like, mostly because they’re more sociable than most & are more likely to reply when you tweet them despite often having large followings.
I was planning to add a reason why you should follow each twitterer but I don’t have the time nor the inclination. Next week maybe. If I really want to be flash I’ll add links for each one, but I don’t really want to be flash, not yet anyway.
If you think I’ve missed you out just shout at me. Although I may shout back. Or sulk.
